★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, ho lasciato la struttura il 16-3 ed ho postato una recensione qualche giorno dopo, recensione che non vedo pubblicata. Era comunque molto positiva. Vorrei solamente informare che sono felice della positiva esperienza fatta. L'intervento all'anca con protesi, eseguito dal Dott. Franci ed il suo staff è riuscito che meglio di così non si può. Nel frattempo anche la visita di controllo lo conferma ed io cammino benissimo, oramai senza l'aiuto delle stampelle. Un complimento alla organizzazione, nel tempo del Covid!, ed alla pulizia. Tutto il personale medico e non , professionisti gentilissimi! Il reparto fisioterapeudico poi...eccezionale, grandi professionisti. Sono talmente contento che in autunno ci ritorno per l'altra anca?

I would just like to inform you that I am happy with the positive experience. The hip surgery with prosthesis, carried out by Dr. Franci and his staff, has turned out to be better than that. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!!!! appuntamento per la risonanza alla testa prenotato tramite cup appuntamento alle 14.30, una settimana prima mi chiamano per anticipare l'orario alle 09.30, 2 giorni prima mi chiamano dicendomi che al cup " si erano sbagliati" e non avevano posto quindi avrei dovuto rimandare l'appuntamento al giorno dopo, quando gli ho fatto notare che l'appuntamento mi era stato anticipato me lo hanno confermato.
30 minuti prima dell'appuntamento (noi abitiamo a Firenze pertanto già in viaggio)mi chiamano per avvisarmi che guarda caso a causa di un contrattempo non c' è il medico e mi rimandano l'appuntamento alle 14.30... serietà zero senza contare che abbiamo fatto una terapia da 3 giorni a causa dell'allergia al mezzo di contrasto..
sicuramente non riprenoterò più niente!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible !!!!! appointment for head resonance booked through cup appointment at 2.30 pm, a week before they call me to anticipate the time at 09.30, 2 days before they call me saying that at the cup "they were wrong" and they had no room so I would have to postpone the appointment the next day, when I pointed out that the appointment had been anticipated, they confirmed it to me.
30 minutes before the appointment (we live in Florence and are therefore already traveling) they call me to warn me that as it happens due to a mishap there is no doctor and they send me the appointment at 2.30 pm ... zero seriousness not to mention that we had a therapy for 3 days due to allergy to the contrast medium ..
I will definitely not book anything again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 15/10/21 mia madre, Crocifissa T. , è stata operata per protesi ginocchio dal dott Fabrice Lemmonier. L’intervento è perfettamente riuscito tanto è vero che ad oggi ha recuperato una buona autonomia. Durante la degenza postoperatoria la dott.ssa Rossella De Luca si è accorta di un serio problema cardiaco di cui non era a conoscenza e dunque si è adoperata per organizzare il suo trasferimento presso l’unità coronarica del più vicino ospedale dove, con due stent e un pacemaker il problema è stato risolto.
Lontana da casa , sola per le limitazioni imposte dalla pandemia, con una sintomatologia invalidante e un profondo malessere, ha avuto la fortuna di essere curata con umanità e grande competenza.
Un pensiero di gratitudine anche alla dott.ssa Veronica Petrai e alle infermiere Anna e Vittoria.
Ringrazio di cuore tutti per averla rimessa in piedi, in grado di riprendere la sua vita, e per averla fatto sentire meno sola. Per la gentilezza e la comprensione dimostratale. Per essere medici, infermieri e fisioterapisti per passione e non solo per “mestiere “.
On 15/10/21 my mother, Crocifissa T., was operated on for knee prosthesis by Dr. Fabrice Lemmonier. The intervention was perfectly successful, so much so that today it has recovered a good autonomy. During the postoperative hospitalization, Dr. Rossella De Luca became aware of a serious heart problem that she was not aware of and therefore worked to organize her transfer to the coronary unit of the nearest hospital where, with two stents and a pacemaker the problem has been solved.
Far from home, alone due to the limitations imposed by the pandemic, with disabling symptoms and a profound malaise, she was lucky enough to be treated with humanity and great competence.
A thought of gratitude also to Dr. Veronica Petrai and to the nurses Anna and Vittoria.
I sincerely thank everyone for having put her back on her feet, able to resume her life, and for making her feel less alone. For your kindness and understanding. To be doctors, nurses and physiotherapists for passion and not just for "profession".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento di artoprotesi all'anca eseguito 12 giorni fa, tutto sembra andato per il verso giusto, domani si torna a casa. Un posto favoloso anche per la riabilitazione, praticamente una revisione ortopedica 2x1.
Struttura all'avanguardia insediata in un ex convento di frati cappuccini, ristrutturato ad hoc con soluzioni e strutture gradevolmente miscelate tra architetture antiche (la palestra fisioterapica sede di una antica chiesa) ed il moderno dei nuovissimi e funzionali padiglioni delle degenze. Personale professionale formato ottimamente e sempre con atteggiamenti squisitamente umani.
Un riconoscimento di sincera gratitudine a tutto lo staff della clinica: dai sanitari agli operatori di pulizia, sempre efficienti, cortesi e col sorriso in bocca (l'ho intuito).
Un particolare ringraziamento allo staff dei fisioterapisti, meticolosi e sempre disponibili a rispondere con affabile cortesia alle domande e consigliare la terapia personalizzata in base ai progressi raggiunti.
Peccato per le attuali disposizioni governative di confinamento in camera in regime di 41bis; dopo un intervento all'anca in fase di riabilitazione, non c'è di meglio che camminare all'aria aperta attorno la struttura, godendo dello stupendo ambiente naturale circostante. Almeno la vista della 'cella' rinfranca l'animo tra una sessione intensiva di fisioterapia e l'altra, in attesa delle dimissioni.
Hip arthroplasty surgery performed 12 days ago, everything seems to go well, tomorrow we go home. A fabulous place for rehabilitation too, basically a 2x1 orthopedic revision.
State-of-the-art structure located in a former convent of Capuchin friars, renovated ad hoc with solutions and structures pleasantly mixed between ancient architecture (the physiotherapy gymnasium seat of an ancient church) and the modern of the brand new and functional hospital pavilions. Professional staff well trained and always with exquisitely human attitudes.
A recognition of sincere gratitude to all the staff of the clinic: from the health workers to the cleaning operators, always efficient, courteous and with a smile in their mouth (I guessed it).
A special thanks to the staff of physiotherapists, who are meticulous and always available to answer questions with affable courtesy and recommend personalized therapy based on the progress achieved.
Too bad for the current government provisions of confinement in the room under the regime of 41bis; after a hip surgery in the rehabilitation phase, there is nothing better than walking in the open air around the structure, enjoying the wonderful natural surrounding environment. At least the sight of the 'cell' refreshes the soul between an intensive physiotherapy session and the next, pending discharge.
