★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglierei (in modo particolare alla giovane signora dai capelli rossi in reception) maggiore cortesia, rispetto e buona educazione nei riguardi gli utenti e dei clienti: salutare con cordialità coloro che entrano o escono non è un optional o un obbligo morale, ma un dovere professionale (mi pare che almeno due semplici parole come "buongiorno" e "grazie" facciano parte dei "fondamentali" che la signora in questione - ma non è la sola - con tutta evidenza ignora.) A ciò aggiungerei che è del tutto fuori luogo rivolgersi ai clienti in modo poco garbato e perentorio - dando pure del "tu" - con espressioni di nessun pregio quali "SIEDITI nella sala di attesa di là"; mi spiace ma una tale boriosa arroganza è solo un'inaccettabile quanto deprecabile mancanza di rispetto unita a una evidente maleducazione.
I would recommend (especially to the young red-haired lady at the reception) greater courtesy, respect and good manners towards users and customers: greeting those who enter or leave with cordiality is not an optional or a moral obligation, but a professional duty (It seems to me that at least two simple words like "good morning" and "thank you" are part of the "fundamentals" that the lady in question - but she is not the only one - clearly ignores.) To this I would add that it is completely out of place to address to customers in a not very polite and peremptory way - even calling "you" - with expressions of no value such as "SIT IN the waiting room over there"; I'm sorry but such arrogant arrogance is just an unacceptable and deplorable lack of respect combined with an obvious rudeness.
