A	AndRea GueRci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo l’esperienza organizzativa con questo fornitore non è stata soddisfacente. Oltre alla location che è fantastica, offrono un’apparente servizio al cliente che in realtà non esiste. La proprietaria (Susanna) si presenta la prima volta e poi si defila sempre, sia al telefono che di persona. Durante le visite abbiamo cercato di essere esaustivi in tutto, salvo poi ritrovarsi pochissimi giorni prima a ripetere tutto da capo tra scartoffie con appunti sbagliati. Infatti, nel caos generale non hanno fatto alcune cose. Inoltre, dicono che l’affitto include tutto, ma si scopre all’ultimo che ti fanno pagare le sedie (2 euro a persona). Dicono che forniscono un servizio di assistenza in loco, ma non hanno dato alcun aiuto e nel mentre erano addirittura irreperibili (un ospite doveva andare in auto ma il cancello era chiuso e non c’era nessuno reperibile). Infatti, durante la cerimonia e la festa, la persona incaricata di assistere (Vittoria) ha fatto visitare la casa a dei potenziali clienti…inaccettabile! Dicono che si occupano del servizio di intrattenimento per i bambini, ma è arrivato con un’ora di ritardo perché non avevano comunicato bene. Insomma, un disastro!! Dulcis in fundo, non ti vogliono fare fattura prima del saldo nonostante gli anticipi già incassati ed è stato molto faticoso avere la fattura finale (dopo più di un mese). Queste sono soltanto alcuni dei dispiaceri a cui ho dovuto assistere e mettere parola per cercare di far andare tutto bene, anche a poche ora dall’inizio. La location è molto bella, ma a queste condizioni non ne vale la pena! Unfortunately, the organizational experience with this supplier was not satisfactory. The owner (Susanna) shows up for the first time and then always slips away, both on the phone and in person. During the visits we tried to be exhaustive in everything, only to find ourselves a few days before repeating everything over again between paperwork with wrong notes. In fact, in the general chaos they didn't do some things. In addition, they say that the rent includes everything, but it turns out at the last that they charge you for the chairs (2 euros per person). They say they provide on-site assistance service, but they did not give any help and in the meantime they were even nowhere to be found (a guest had to go by car but the gate was closed and no one was available). In fact, during the ceremony and the party, the person in charge of assisting (Vittoria) made potential customers visit the house… unacceptable! They say they take care of the entertainment service for children, but he arrived an hour late because they had not communicated well. In short, a disaster !! Last but not least, they do not want to invoice you before the balance despite the advances already collected and it was very tiring to have the final invoice (after more than a month). These are just some of the sorrows I had to witness and put my word to trying to make everything go well, even a few hours from the start. The location is very beautiful, but under these conditions it is not worth it!
G	Giuseppe Caprino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location stupenda come si ci affaccia dalla splendida terrazza vedi subito l'incantevole Acitrezza :i faraglioni gli alti isolotti rocciosi che escono dal mare comunemente conosciuti come faraglioni rendono inconfondibile il borgo marinaro di questa meraviglosa terra...la location è ben curata il personale presente cibo buono e ottimi dolci... complimenti Wonderful location as you look out from the splendid terrace you immediately see the enchanting Acitrezza: the stacks the high rocky islets that come out of the sea commonly known as stacks make the seaside village of this wonderful land unmistakable ... the location is well cared for by the staff present good food and excellent desserts ... congratulations

Siamo stati ospiti in occasione di un matrimonio non convenzionale dove ogni cosa ha funzionato al secondo. Seppur con condizioni meteo avverse hanno saputo tenere conto di ogni dettaglio sapendo ben gestire i tempi e per rendere un giorno indimenticabile. A noi....in qualità di invitati è venuta voglia di risposarci nuovamente e penso che da Palermo la penseremo come location per le nostre nozze d'argento Maurilio Milazzo Splendid location, a truly unique place, with a unique refinement and well-organized environments. Breathtaking view of the Riviera of the Cyclops. We were guests at an unconventional wedding where everything worked out perfectly. Even with adverse weather conditions they have been able to take into account every detail, knowing how to manage the times well and to make an unforgettable day. To us .... as guests we wanted to remarry again and I think that from Palermo we will think of it as a location for our silver wedding Maurilio Milazzo
