A dire il vero qualche problema tecnico c'è stato, infatti abbiamo dovuto attendere più del dovuto, ma si sa, la struttura è stata appena aperta e gli inconvenienti possono succedere. Il referto è stato consegnato e stilato con precisione e puntualità. Per me è un ottimo servizio. I booked an MRI for my husband. Two days later we had an appointment at a cost of Euro 50. To tell the truth there was some technical problem, in fact we had to wait longer than necessary, but you know, the structure has just been open and inconveniences can happen. Non dico tanto, ma almeno un minimo di interesse siccome ho fatto 50 km per venire ed è anche una struttura privata. Menefreghismo totale. Mi indicano giorno e orario; quando mi presento al centro, al momento di pagare mi dicono che forse l'esame non si può fare perché manca lo strumento; chiamano l'urologo che conferma l'impossibilità. Morale: permesso di lavoro buttato, ma soprattutto niente esame nonostante la necessità di farlo in quei giorni precisi per valutare la terapia fatta. Mezz'ora dopo aver lasciato il centro mi chiamano proponendomi di fare l'esame, gratuitamente, in una loro struttura a 30 chilometri da casa: peccato che avessi appena prenotato in un altro centro privato. Anche in questo caso sono arrivati in ritardo... Superficiali, ad essere gentili. Non dovrebbe accadere quando si parla di salute. I book an uroflowmetry in Chiavari through the switchboard. Seconda esperienza RM spalla servizio efficiente personale un po' freddino ( non che si pretenda di fare conversazione) ma un sorriso non guasta soprattutto perché si tratta di un esame che comunque crea sempre un poco di ansia.Apparecchiatura nuova. Il personale della reception di odontoiatria è stato gentile, disponibile, educato e molto chiaro nelle informazioni sia al telefono in fase di appuntamento sia presso la struttura. Inoltre ho potuto vedere come si prodiga nel dare info e supporto anche alle persone che devono usufruire di altre tipologie di servizi. Davvero un ambiente professionale ed educato (cosa non da poco…) Excellent dental service. Appuntamento disdetto 3 volte la sera prima(uno si organizza al lavoro e con i propri impegni). Dopo aver avuto l appuntamento mi sono recata 15 minuti prima dell orario indicato. L accettazione lenta , con una ragazza che addirittura si addormentava sul PC.In più mi viene detto che mi serviva impegnativa del medico. Mai detto al centralino dove avevo prenotato. Il dottore che doveva svolgere l' ecografia non aveva nel suo elenco il mio nome e quello di un altra ragazza. Morale abbiamo atteso 1 h per poter fare la visita. Mi sono trovata molto male.
