Negativ: Die Besitzer hatten uns schon vorgewarnt, gegenüber des wunderschönen Hauses ist eine Gartenwirtschaft in einem Park angesiedelt worden, die Abends sehr laut werden kann, das ist sehr schade. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Splendido appartamento, spazioso e luminosissimo grazie alle grandi vetrate, situato di fronte ad uno dei pub più frequentati di Nicolosi e punto di incontro scelto dalle guide turistiche per le escursioni sull'Etna (versante Sud). Appartamento comodissimo, curato, pulito, ben organizzato su 2 livelli: ad ogni livello una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno. Ho apprezzato anche le scelte stilistiche e l'arredamento minimalista ma funzionale. Dotato di piscina e giardino ben tenuto. Tutto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.. Negazione: Essendo di fronte ad uno dei locali più frequentati di Nicolosi la sera c'è molto chiasso, udibile anche dalla camera da letto al livello superiore..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great place to stay in. Modern, comfortable, nice pool.. Negative: Saturdays and Sundays during summer is party time at Nicolosi and loud music continued unabated until the early hours of the morning. Nothing much the property owners could control..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great flat! Just like the pictures! The pool was amazing and we had it all to our selves which was great! Francesca, was beyond helpful with all my questions about the area and went above and beyond recommending restaurants/ places to see!. Negative: The location requires a car, transfers are very expensive. Can walk into the little town in the evening though for tea!.

Negative: One thing that is disappointing: a bar is located on the opposited of the road. This is just minor disadvantage on the list of many advantages: clean house, nice swimmingpool, private parkingspot..
