★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha montato un paraschizzi ad agosto, dopo aver aspettato diversi mesi. Dopo esattamente una settimana il paraschizzi si rompe perché montato male. Mi manda un cui collaboratore per convincermi a pagare per intero il vetro (per la seconda volta) ma vedendo la rabbia nei miei occhi decise di dare la colpa al suo titolare svuotando il sacco. Allorché cercai il titolare con insuccesso finché non lo trovai nel suo negozio. Mi urlò che a distanza di 15 giorni avrei avuto il mio paraschizzi nuovo dividendo la spesa dell’intero costo a metà (pur non avendone colpa io). Ecco, sono passati più di 6 mesi e lui è sparito con il paraschizzi. Ovvio è che non mi interessa più avere a che fare con loro e nemmeno avere il paraschizzi. Personale poco gentile, non puntuale, non cortese, scorbutico, servizio pessimo, e se potessi continuerei con la lista infinita di aggettivi negativi.
He mounted a splash guard for me in August, after waiting several months. After exactly one week the splash guard breaks because it is badly mounted. He sends me a collaborator to convince me to pay for the glass in full (for the second time) but seeing the anger in my eyes he decided to blame its owner by emptying the bag. When I searched unsuccessfully for the owner until I found him in his shop. He screamed at me that after 15 days I would have my new splash guard dividing the entire cost in half (even though I am not to blame). Here, more than 6 months have passed and he disappeared with the splash guard. Obviously, I no longer care about having to deal with them or even having the splash guard. Unfriendly staff, not punctual, not courteous, grumpy, bad service, and if I could I would continue with the endless list of negative adjectives.
