S	Sergio Cosma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il centro estetico con la migliore qualità di Torino ( e non solo), la pulizia e l'igiene sono di rigore come l'educazione è la professionalità ( che non è sempre scontata), il fatto che siano sul territorio da oltre 30 anni è sempre con la stessa proprietà vale già come garanzia . It is the beauty center with the best quality in Turin (and not only), cleanliness and hygiene are a must as education is professionalism (which is not always taken for granted), the fact that they have been in the area for over 30 years is always with the same property is already valid as a guarantee.

A livello di macchinari il centro si presenta bene, lettini e lampade viso di buon livello e prezzi nella media. Per quanto riguarda la parte estetica sporadicamente facevo le sopracciglia poi da dopo il primo lockdown hanno smesso di prendere appuntamenti solo per quest'ultime, per questo motivo mi sono dovuto aggiustare andando da altre parti. Avrei preferito fare tutto in un solo centro. Facendo le pulizie viso sono capitato con Giulia, con cui mi sono trovato davvero bene, a parer mio molto brava e professionale. Personale disponibile ma sono capitate alcune distrazioni. Le mie esperienze più recenti all'interno del centro non sono proprio da 5 stelle perché una volta mi hanno sbagliato l'appuntamento in estetica e in un'altra occasione nel solarium. Avevo prenotato un lettino sole ma quando mi sono presentato all'orario concordato non risultava segnato l'appuntamento, fortunatamente il lettino era libero quindi sono riuscito a farmi comunque la lampada. In estetica invece avevo preso un appuntamento ma sono state sbagliate le tempistiche. Continuerò a frequentare il centro perché in linea di massima é valido per diverse cose. Un aspetto negativo al momento è che sono un pó prevenuto nel fissare appuntamenti telefonicamente in base alle recenti esperienze vissute. I have been attending the casa del sole for some time, part of the solarium and aesthetics. In terms of machinery, the center is well presented, with good level beds and face lamps and average prices. As for the aesthetic part, I sporadically did the eyebrows then after the first lockdown they stopped making appointments only for the latter, for this reason I had to fix myself by going elsewhere. I would have preferred to do everything in one center. While doing the face cleaning I happened to be with Giulia, with whom I found myself really well, in my opinion very good and professional. Helpful staff but some distractions occurred. My most recent experiences inside the center are not exactly 5 stars because once I got my appointment wrong in aesthetics and on another occasion in the solarium. I had booked a sun bed but when I showed up at the agreed time the appointment was not marked, fortunately the sun bed was free so I managed to get the lamp anyway. In terms of aesthetics, however, I had made an appointment but the timing was wrong. I will continue to attend the center because in principle it is valid for several things. A negative aspect at the moment is that I am a little biased in making appointments by phone based on recent experiences.
