★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’è stata una mia zia e devo dire che il posto non è proprio ben tenuto . La direttrice indisponente quasi scocciata quando gli si presenta un problema . Il servizio lavanderia spariva sempre la roba . Il personale ha poca pazienza . Capisco che il posto con anziani particolari sia difficile da reggere ma se non siete in grado cambiate lavoro . Se viene portato un anziano in una struttura e perché molto probabilmente non è autosufficiente quindi il personale deve avere 3000 attenzioni e tonnellate di pazienza .
There was an aunt of mine and I must say that the place is not really well kept. The annoying manager is almost annoyed when a problem arises. The laundry always ran out of stuff. The staff has little patience. I understand that the place with particular seniors is difficult to handle but if you are unable to change jobs. If an elderly person is brought into a facility and is most likely not self-sufficient then the staff must have 3000 attentions and tons of patience.

Pulizia e accuratezza non mancano. Personale gentile, tutti molto carini.
I have my uncle in this RSA, I really have to congratulate first of all to the director, always available and attentive to every need.
There is no lack of cleanliness and accuracy. Friendly staff, all very nice.
