Rapporto qualita prezzo piu che buono. Il venditore e stato molto gentile educato non ha forzato l acquisto di nessun prodotto. Sicuramente consiglierei ad amici e conoscenti una visita al negozio per valutare futuri acquisti. Abbiamo contattato il negozio, ma dopo una settimana dalla NS telefonata, ci rispondono che la Garanzia è scaduta (24 mesi) e quindi l'unica cosa che possono fare è farci uno sconto per un altro materasso. Nemmeno la verifica sul posto da parte del negoziante, e della Simmons, magari con un ispettore per vedere il difetto. Come spesso succede, per vendere ci sono sempre belle parole e fatti, al primo problema riscontrato è già tutto finito. Al mondo la differenza la fanno sempre le persone, ma chi sta al commercio, dovrebbe sempre avere Professionalità e Rispetto per le situazioni. Sicuramente non comprerò un nuovo materasso in questo negozio, e neanche ne parlerò in maniera positiva. Se come dice lei, siete cosi Professionali, si sarebbe interessato del caso, e magari mi avrebbe chiamato, proprio per avere certezza di quello che diciamo. Ma rispondere scrivendo, certo non aiuta a capire, se vuole mi contatti cosi gli spiego quando siamo venuti, cosa abbiamo detto al negozio, e perchè abbiamo chiesto un nuovo preventivo. I	Ilenia D'ambrosio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il mio compagno abbiamo deciso di cambiare materasso, ma dopo 5 negozi di materassi girati in un mese e i vari forum su internet la confusione in testa era veramente tanta, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato competenza e tanta pazienza, il ragazzo (non ho capito se è il titolare o un semplice commesso) ci ha chiarito tanti nostri dubbi e ci ha guidato nella scelta del materasso più adatto a noi, ed essendo un multi marca abbiamo potuto provare prodotti simili ma di aziende diverse. Alla fine abbiamo scelto un materasso a molle rivestite, ci dormiamo ormai da quasi 3 mesi e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Gentilezza anche nel personale che ha fatto la consegna. Dopo non una, ma due, bruttissime esperienze con materassi in memory abbiamo deciso di tornare sulle care e vecchie molle, e finalmente siamo tornati a dormire bene e a non soffrire di caldo a letto anche in inverno.
