s	silvana monticelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premetto che ho una renault twingo diesel di 5 anni e che gli ultimi 2 tagliandi li ho fatti da loro, l'ultimo l'estate scorsa, una settimana fa la macchina nn partiva, così ho chiamato e sono venuti a metterla in moto.L'auto si trovava ad albaro e quindi a meno di 2 km dall'officina "La casa del freno". Il titolare mi ha detto che doveva controllare, che poteva nn essere solo batteria, morale al mattino chiamo ed era la batteria e che mancava 1 kg d'olio e quindi era meglio cambiarlo perchè dall'ultimo tagliando avevo percorso 11.000 km. Totale spesa: euro 140 batteria 70hp, euro 55 olio, 120 euro messa in moto auto e mano d'opera!!!!!per un totale di euro 315. A parte il conto salato....tutti mi hanno detto se l'olio era da cambiare...e il filtro nn lo cambi? grande professionalità!!!! Pastiglie ok ..Ammortizzatori dopo 7 mesi da rifare.. Mai più... When picking up the car, the quote was 300 euros higher than what was budgeted by phone. Replaced pads and shock absorbers. Pads ok .. Conducono con me trattativa per vendita di un'auto e poi concludono con altre persone senza neppure avvisare nonostante la promessa di essere tenuto in considerazione per primo. Scorrettissimi. R	Renato Scordamaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio questa officina. A me per 1.100 euro ha sostituito la cinghia di trasmissione e revisionato i freni (sostituendo la pastiglie). Dopo l'intervento il problema ai freni si è accentuato: ho riportato l'auto in officina. Risposta "tutto ok.; una pastiglia era stata banalmente montata male....". Dopo pochi giorni in Val Trebbia l'auto ha smesso di frenare del tutto e si è accesa ad intermittenza la spia dell'olio motore. Sono vivo per miracolo e si è danneggiato gravemente il motore. Il problema già all'origine non era nelle pastiglie mal-montate..., bensì era una prima avvisaglia di malfunzionamento della pompa dell'olio, che blocca anche l'impianto frenante.
