★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo ed esclusivamente qui prendo il Grana Padano ! Stagionato oltre i 20 mesi a circa 10 euro al kilo, impensabile trovare questa qualità a questo prezzo in giro. Si può gratuggiare oppure ( meglio) mangiare così. Per me che non posso toccare i formaggi, è l'unica concessione ammessa. Lo tengo nella carta in cui la avvolgono in negozio, nella parte bassa del frigo, e con più il tempo passa e con più diventa buono..
