Tocca a me. Chiedo un consiglio per una composizione e vengo praticamente liquidata dicendomi di guardare quello in esposizione, cosa che avevo già fatto nell attesa, così che può servire il signore entrato dopo di me. Aspetto altri 5 minuti e vedendo che l attesa si sarebbe allungata in quanto il cliente chiedeva consigli e si perdevano in chiacchiere sono uscita dal negozio. Siamo tutti clienti e si deve dare considerazione anche a chi non è un cliente fisso.
Morale mi sono recata da un altro fiorista della zona e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.
Unfortunately bad experience. Zero professionalism. I go to the shop to make a purchase of a composition. I wait my turn. After me, an obviously accustomed customer enters. It's my turn. I ask for advice for a composition and I am practically liquidated by telling me to look at the one on display, which I had already done while waiting, so that the gentleman who entered after me can serve. I wait another 5 minutes and seeing that the wait would be longer as the customer asked for advice and they were lost in chatter, I left the shop. We are all customers and consideration should also be given to those who are not regular customers.
Moral I went to another florist in the area and I was very satisfied.
