Anche se vige il distanziamento e la mascherina è d'obbligo calata sul viso, chi ti accoglie, lo fa con un gran sorriso. L'ho fatto notare al personale, la risposta è stata questa: "C'è stato sicuramente un errore nostro. Ci scusiamo per il disagio" Il problema non è tanto la torta sbagliata, in quanto buona comunque, ma la mancanza di empatia e disponibilità verso il cliente. Credo che qualsiasi collega professionale, come gesto simbolico, avrebbe offerto qualche prodotto per rimediare al proprio errore. Un costo irrisorio per la pasticceria che si sarebbe sicuramente assicurata un cliente abitudinario. Incredibile constatare che sia così difficile da comprendere. Ricchi fuori per il successo del locale, ma ahimè poveri dentro. Ordered a Sacher cake for birthday, collected the following day. When cut, the cake is not a Sacher but a Marilù. All'interno ci sono pochi tavoli, ma grazie alla spaziosa veranda la capienza dei posti a sedere viene ben aumentata. Bagni spaziosi, adatti anche ai disabili.
