★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno attivato la SIM con 5 giorni di ritardo, il mio numero l'hanno attivato su una SIM sbagliata...aspetto il mio numero vodafone da 1 settimana oramai... un disservizio allucinante. Sarà un caso? Può essere..ma a loro per quanto mi riguarda non posso dargli più di una stella.
 They activated my SIM with 5 days of delay, they activated my number on a wrong SIM ... I have been waiting for my vodafone number for 1 week now ... a hallucinating disservice. Will it be a coincidence? It can be..but to them as far as I'm concerned I can't give them more than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo capiti. Forse io non ho capito.!! Non so se dipende da chi gestisce il negozio!!! . Poca trasparenza e offerte speciali fatte male. Non ci torno più. Mi dispiace tantissimo perché è sempre stato un punto di riferimento. Non sono contento. Per soli venti euro è paradossale. La fiducia è una cosa seria.
We did not understand each other. Maybe I didn't understand. !! I don't know if it depends on who manages the shop !!! . Little transparency and poorly made specials. I'm not going back there anymore. I am very sorry because it has always been a point of reference. I am not happy. For only twenty euros it is paradoxical. Trust is serious business.

Sono molto più efficienti del servizio clienti 155 e sanno realmente supportare il cliente quando ha dei problemi, ovviamente con i dovuti tempi. Io vado sempre da loro perché so chi trovo. Cosa che non sono riuscito a trovare in Torino e provincia. Meritano anche una stella in più. Complimenti.
In this store, you will find qualified, competent and very customer friendly staff.
