Vedendomi si è leggermente agitata e il ragazzo che la stava asciugando l'ha maltrattata facendola piangere. Sono rimasta scioccata. Non affidate il vostro amico a quattro zampe a questo negozio. Ci vuole amore per fare certi tipi di mestieri. Amore che queste persone non hanno, evidentemente. If there were 0 stars this would be my review. I went to the shop to retrieve my dog who was still drying. Seeing me she got slightly agitated and the boy who was drying her mistreated her making her cry. I was shocked. Do not entrust your four-legged friend to this shop. It takes love to do certain types of crafts. Love these people obviously don't have.

Amano gli animali e si vede perché ho sempre trovato la mia cagnolina ben tosata,bel lavata, unghie tagliate con cura e orecchie pulite.E i prezzi sono nella norma, giusti per i servizi garantiti. A	Anna Mazzone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto disponibili ma incompetenti. DAREI ZERO STELLE SE POTESSI. Il cucciolo di 3 mesi ha avuto la diarrea per un mese e più. Avevano escluso categoricamente che potesse essere un'intolleranza alle crocchette curando il cucciolo con antibiotici. Alla fine il problema era l'intolleranza e lo abbiamo capito grazie a persone che non sono veterinari. Fanno centinaia di accertamenti per farti sborsare denaro a fiumi, senza interesse verso la salute del cane e i sentimenti del padrone che ama il suo cucciolo. Poi vedendosi alle strette e capendo che non possono più tirarti niente dal portafogli, accettano la realtà dei fatti e ti dicono che forse il problema potrebbe essere quello che sospetti tu, nel mio caso le crocchette. Il cucciolo ha avuto anche l'allergia alla fiala antipulci (vomito e convulsioni) e anche in quel caso hanno escluso categoricamente che potesse essere la fiala anche se il foglietto illustrativo dice chiaramente che potevano esserci quegli effetti collaterali. (Un veterinario che non sa neanche che effetti può portare un medicinale, sta rovinato) Alla fine il problema era quello e il cucciolo è morto. Non andateci se volete che il vostro cane stia bene. RIPETO.... NON ANDATECI! Very helpful but incompetent. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The 3 month old puppy had diarrhea for a month or more. They categorically ruled out that it could be an intolerance to kibble by treating the puppy with antibiotics. In the end, the problem was intolerance and we understood this thanks to people who are not vets. They do hundreds of tests to make you shell out money, with no interest in the health of the dog and the feelings of the owner who loves his puppy. Then seeing themselves cornered and realizing that they can no longer pull anything from your wallet, they accept the reality of the facts and tell you that perhaps the problem could be what you suspect, in my case the croquettes. The puppy also had allergy to the flea vial (vomiting and seizures) and even then they categorically ruled out that it could be the vial even though the package insert clearly states that there could be those side effects. (A vet who doesn't even know what a medicine can do, is ruined.) In the end, that was the problem and the puppy died. Don't go there if you want your dog to be fine. I REPEAT .... DON'T GO THERE!
