★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferienwohnung die privat vermietet wird. Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Durch die nähe zum See sind einige Lokalitäten in der Nähe. Zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es etwas weiter (1km) - drum nur 4 Sterne. Spülmaschine, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Espressomaschine und alles was sonst noch im Haushalt und zum gebraucht wird vorhanden. Duschen nach der Rückkehr von einer Radeltour am Tag der Abreise war kein Problem! Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen!
 Apartment rented privately. Landlady lives in the same house and is very helpful and nice! Due to the proximity to the lake are some localities nearby. The nearest supermarket is a bit further (1km) - so only 4 stars. Dishwasher, balcony, washing machine, espresso machine and everything else in the household and is needed. Showering after returning from a bike ride on the day of departure was not a problem! I can recommend the accommodation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura situata non molto lontana dal centro del paese. Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile . Appartamento molto pulito, ordinato e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Gode di una piccola vista lago.
Structure located not far from the town center. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very clean, tidy and equipped apartment with everything you need. It enjoys a small lake view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo passato un weekend bellissimo qui. La proprietaria e la sua nonna sono state molto gentili ed estremamente disponibili. Gli appartamenti erano spaziosi, curati e molto forniti. Speriamo di ritornarci per un'altra vacanza al lago (сhe è anche vicinissimo)!
We had a wonderful weekend here. The owner and her grandmother were very kind and extremely helpful. The apartments were spacious, well-kept and very well equipped. We hope to return for another vacation at the lake (сhe is also very close)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per le feste di Natale forse è un po' fuori mano, e nel nostro appartamento la zona giorno era un po' risicata; ma la nonna che ti accoglie e ti accomiata è gentile ed estroversa, la dotazione in generale e della cucina in particolare è buona, il prezzo è giusto ed il bel lago è a due passi. Da provare d'estate.
For the Christmas holidays, perhaps it is a bit out of the way, and in our apartment the living area was a bit narrow; but the grandmother who welcomes you and welcomes you is kind and outgoing, the equipment in general and the kitchen in particular is good, the price is right and the beautiful lake is a stone's throw away. To try in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine von drei Ferienwohnungen im Casa de Val über Booking.com gebucht und waren rundherum positiv überrascht. Das Haus liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Apfelanbauflächen und einigen Privatgrundstücken mitten im Grünen und nur 500 m vom Lago di Caldonazzo entfernt. Von dem oberen Appartment im DG hatten wir einen sehr schönen Rundumblick, da die Wohnung über 3 Balkone nach drei Seiten (!) verfügt, u.a. auch zur Seeseite. Alle Balkone waren bestuhlt und sind platzmäßig ausreichend um zu zweit z.B. zu frühstücken. Das Appartment im DG ist das größte im Haus und bietet bis zu 5 Personen Platz (plus Babygitterbett). Alles ist voll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Etwas störend sind an manchen Stellen die doch sehr niedrigen Dachschrägen. Kopf auch mal einziehen, geht aber auch. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im gut zugänglichen Keller abstellen. Ausreichend Parkplatz für die Feriengäste ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Die freundliche Großmutter der jungen Vermieterin wohnt ebenfalls um Haus und nimmt die Gäste in Empfang und betreut sie während des Aufenthaltes als erster Ansorechpartner tatkräftig mit Händen und Füßen (in italienisch). Wenn ein Problem nicht sofort gelöst werden kann, steht auch die Vermieterin selbst z.B. über die Dialogfunktion von Booking.com oder telefonisch zur Verfügung (englisch). Dann geht es aber pronto und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Kompliment. Wir können das "Gesamtpaket" aus Unterkunft und Gastgebern nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Nicht zu vergessen: Zu Fuß erreicht man mehrere größere Restaurants (alle am See), die leckeres Essen bieten und entsprechend gut besucht sind.
We had booked one of three holiday apartments in Casa de Val through Booking.com and were positively surprised all round. The house is nestled between meadows, apple-growing areas and some private land in the middle of the green and only 500 m from Lake Caldonazzo. From the upper apartment in the attic we had a very nice all-round view, as the apartment has 3 balconies on three sides (!), I.a. also to the lake side. All balconies were furnished with chairs and there is enough space for two, e.g. to have breakfast. The apartment in the attic is the largest in the house and can accommodate up to 5 people (plus a cot). Everything is fully furnished. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. The very low sloping roofs are a bit annoying in some places. Pulling your head in, but that's also possible. We were allowed to park our bicycles in the easily accessible basement. Sufficient parking space for holiday guests is available on the property. The friendly grandmother of the young landlady also lives around the house and receives the guests and takes care of them as the first contact partner during their stay with hands and feet (in Italian). If a problem cannot be solved immediately, the landlord is also available, e.g. available via the Booking.com function or by telephone. Then it goes pronto and to the complete satisfaction of the guests. Compliment. We can only recommend the "total package" of accommodation and hosts. Thanks again for everything! Not to forget: You can walk to several larger restaurants (all on the lake) that offer delicious food and are accordingly well attended.

Spectacular apartment, well furnished and with good taste.
Plenty of high quality supplies, kind and hospitable, they waited for us late for traffic and were wonderful.
