Wir kommen wieder! Great apartment in a perfect location. Very clean and well equipped. The private dock is a dream and the landlord family is very accommodating and friendly. We will be back!
t	thomas strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren im September 2020 für 2 Wochen zu Gast. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten. Küche und Bad sowie alles andere hervorragend ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Vermieter wohnen mit in der Anlage, halten sich angenehm zurück, sind jedoch jederzeit zur Stelle wenn man Sie oder einen Rat braucht. Der eigene Badesteg ist sehr geräumig und wie alles andere sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt direkt am See, nur durch die Haupstraße getrennt. Einzig der Verkehrslärm, meistens durch übermütige Motorradfahre,r nervt ab und zu. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder Stayed for 2 weeks in September 2020. Very nice apartment with a great garden. Kitchen, bathroom and everything else superbly equipped. Very clean. Landlords live in the complex, are pleasantly restrained, but are always there if you need advice or you. The private bathing jetty is very spacious and, like everything else, very well maintained. The house is right on the lake, only separated by the main road. Only the traffic noise, mostly from high-spirited motorcycling, is annoying now and then. We'd love to come back anyway
C	Charly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fewo mit gehobener Ausstattung und einer Spitzenlage. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an der Gardesana nur 20 m vom See entfernt. Im Freien und bei geöffneten Fenstern ist der Straßenverkehr selbstverständlich deutlich zu hören, fällt bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern aber kaum auf. Das Auto parkt sicher in der Tiefgarage, wo auch Fahrräder untergebracht werden. Die Wohnungen im EG haben einen gepflegten Gartenanteil mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Sonnenliegen. Die Küche ist rundum ausgestattet (Gasherd) mit Geschirr und Besteck für 6 Personen. Ein rundum Wohlfühlhaus. Apartment with upscale equipment and a prime location. The house is located directly on the Gardesana only 20 m from the lake. Road traffic can of course be clearly heard outdoors and with the windows open, but it is hardly noticeable when the doors and windows are closed. The car is parked safely in the underground car park, which also houses bicycles. The apartments on the ground floor have a well-tended garden area with high-quality furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove) with crockery and cutlery for 6 people. An all-round feel-good home.
