★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza calorosa, che non guasta mai. I vini sono superlativi. Vini allo stato puro senza solfiti o lavorazioni varie. E' stata una vera scoperta l'esistenza di una cantina biodinamica.
Warm welcome, which never hurts. The wines are superb. Wines pure state with no sulfites or various processes. It 'was a real find that there is a biodynamic winery.

A Casa Belfi il “biologico” è una missione e Naturalmente Frizzante non fa eccezione! Vino “delicato” ma ruspante di facilissima beva rischia di far prendere un po’ troppo la mano a chi avrà la fortuna o l’intelligenza di assaggiarlo! ??Abbiamo accompagnato meravigliosamente un pranzo di alto livello
ma non so perché vorrei provarlo con un bel panino al salame o con la mortadella. Da provare!??

but I don't know why I would like to try it with a nice salami sandwich or mortadella. Must try! ??
