Oltre a parecchi problemi in fase di ordine dovuto all incompetenza di chi ci ha servito su cui preferisco sorvolare e alla superficialità di chi ha assemblato i mobili acquistati la cosa che mi ha davvero lasciato di stucco è la scadenza dei materiali come ad esempio una libreria su cui non puoi mettere libri o trovi i piani inclinati come in foto. Insomma secondo me è meglio che cambiate mestiere perché se seriamente vi reputate professionisti siamo messi davvero male. A star because you can't get less. Poi con le istruzioni sarà più facili da montare anche rispetto a quelli dell'Ikea... RISULTATO: Mancanza totale di istruzioni, fori mancanti e quando ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni la Signora mi ha risposto che lei vende i mobili non li monta negando che mi aveva detto che ci fossero le istruzioni. Abbiamo dovuto pagare tutto in anticipo prima di trasporto e montaggio di ben due camere ordinate a inizio estate e il risultato è che ora che siamo a quasi alla fine di Dicembre abbiamo ancora le camere montate a metà... E' successo in questi mesi davvero l'impossibile: appuntamenti saltati senza preavviso, pezzi delle camere montati sbagliati, ante che non arrivano, mobili rovinati durante il montaggio e quindi (a volte) risostituiti (a volte ce li siamo dovuti tenere rovinati)... Le risposte che riceviamo sono: è colpa di quello, chiama quell'altro, poi si negano al telefono.. assolutamente zero professionalità. Davvero ingiustificabile soprattutto per il prezzo pagato.. non proprio due lire! Il mio consiglio è assolutamente di stare alla larga da questi individui.. Siamo stati accolti da una dipendente che in modo molto scortese ci ha fatto accomodare in una scrivania da soli a sfogliare una rivista. Dopo aver insistito nel voler progettare insieme a lei la camera ci ha chiesto ulteriori dettagli. Dovendo optare per una soluzione totalmente su misura per l’armadio e la cabina armadio, invece che trovare una soluzione la risposta che abbiamo ricevuto è che non era fattibile, che ci sarebbe costato tanto (non ci ha mai chiesto il budget) ci avrebbe dovuto richiamare entro una settimana, è passato un mese o piú e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Oltretutto durante il nostro appuntamento era totalmente distratta da altre colleghe, continue chiamate a cui rispondeva in modo totalmente scortese. Abbiamo assistito anche ad una chiamata in cui diceva espressamente al suo montatore di andarsene dal luogo in cui stava montando la camera, i cliente dovevano esser certi di quel che volevano e che loro non perdevano tempo dietro a nessuno.
