Abbiamo soggiornato in casa alice x 2 notti e 3 giorni casa molto confortevole dotata di tutti i comfort letto comodissimo doccia abbastanza grande arredo tutto nuovo bel terrazzino dove potersi rilassare pulizia perfetta zona tranquillissima posto auto dentro spiazzo privato è la tanta gentilezza di Fabiano che accoglie con tanta cortesia e' professionalità indicando tutto quello che ce da sapere del posto dando anche una cartina disponibile al 100% consigliatissimo

We rented an apartment using Booking for 3 nights (from July 25th to 28th) for 2 people and we paid € 285.30 in advance. When you arrive there is no one to assist you and the people that live in the building (neighbors) don't know the apartments as Casa Alice. You should take a key from a safe box and –thanks there was a kindly guy who helped us- and do all by yourself. The building is being restored so there is noise, dust and people working around; the apartment (#7) is like the pictures shown. When we enter the first floor we feel a very strong smell of moisture and we observe a huge stain of moisture under the air conditioner, right next to the bed (photos attached). We immediately called on the phone and in 10 minutes there was someone who said his name was Andrea. When we showed him the stain, he began to say that “the cleaning person did not tell me about it”, that “the problem should have appeared overnight” and other explanations. . . . . We told him that for the condition of the bedroom we were not going to stay there; He said he understood, made a call to his brother Marco, and confirmed us that there was no problem, that we would return the money if we were not going to stay there. We left and find another accommodation and pay again . We complained to Booking, and the answer was that the owners of Casa Alice offered to return us only the 10% of what we paid. . . We rejected that absurd proposal, I contacted Andrea from Casa Alice and he told me that they were not going to give us anything back because they work only 2 months a year and to lost 3 days of rent was very harmful, and things like that. Booking ignores the problem and the consequence is that we lost our money. . . . Consequently, we rented something that was not in condition and they kept our money; draw your own conclusions. . . .
