In primo luogo a me sembra che il rapporto fra numero di ospiti e operatori sia inferiore alle direttive, 1 oss /8.pazienti e qui siamo al di sotto di questo rapporto ne consegue che le attenzioni per gli ospiti non sono ai livelli massimi. Come pulizia della struttura niente da dire e anche come preparazione e quantità dei pasti. Un suggerimento i campanelli per la chiamata Vanno dotati di catenella un ospite allettato non può certo muoversi.... Le critiche servono per migliorare...
