S	Sandro Casponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa sono entrato in questo negozio ed un signore (non so se il proprietario o un collaboratore) nemmeno mi ha guardato e tanto meno ha risposto ad un mio saluto tanto era impegnato a fare delle fotocopie. Dopo alcuni minuti mi sono deciso a parlare io ed ho chiesto un prezzo per un servizio. Il tizio mi ha risposto molto scocciato quasi fosse contrariato da questa mia richiesta. A quel punto avrei avuto necessità di chiedere altre cose ma ho rinunciato per non disturbare ulteriormente e me no sono andato. Non so se lavora bene ma per le mie esigenze preferisco recarmi altrove. A few days ago I entered this shop and a gentleman (I don't know if the owner or a collaborator) even looked at me, much less answered my greeting, so much he was busy making photocopies. After a few minutes I decided to speak and asked for a price for a service. The guy replied very annoyed as if he were upset by my request. At that point I would have needed to ask for other things but I gave up not to disturb further and I didn't go. I don't know if it works well but for my needs I prefer to go elsewhere.

Ho contattato Andrea tramite email poco prima dell’orario di chiusura perché dovevo stampare un libro (non fogli, un libro intero) all’ultimo momento per una dimenticanza… e lui è stato rapidissimo e non che gentilissimo! È stato paziente nell’ascoltare le mie esigenze e molto comprensivo!!! Stampa precisa e pulita! Ha atteso anche più dell’orario di chiusura affinché io potessi andare a ritirare la stampa del libro prima di pranzo!! GRAZIE MILLE, ANDREA! FANTASTIC experience! ? I contacted Andrea by email just before closing time because I had to print a book (not sheets, a whole book) at the last moment due to an oversight ... and he was very quick and not that very kind! He was patient in listening to my needs and very understanding !!! Precise and clean printing! He waited even longer than closing time so that I could go and collect the print of the book before lunch !! THANKS SO MUCH, ANDREA!
