★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un libro si sono presi l'acconto senza ricevuta erroneamente lo avevo già e sono andata per annullarlo ma hanno detto di no che lo dovevo acquistare cosa che nelle altre cartolibrerie non chiedono l'acconto e se ordinato un libro per sbaglio lo annullano. Brutta esperienza, personale scortese non la consiglio andate altrove adesso capisco perché non c'è nessuno è sempre vuota. Accattoni prima volta che sono andata e state sicuri che non mi vedranno più.
I ordered a book, they took the deposit without a receipt, I mistakenly already had it and I went to cancel it but they said no I had to buy it, which in other bookstores do not ask for the deposit and if ordered a book by mistake they cancel it. Bad experience, rude staff don't recommend go anywhere else now i understand why there is none its always empty. Beggar the first time I went and be sure they won't see me again.
