★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA libreria, personale INCOMPETENTE e MALEDUCATO. La signora alla casa è più acida di una zitella e tratta i clienti come se fossero la feccia dell'umanità. Non solo non sanno fornire un servizio che dicono di avere ma non ti restituiscono neanche i soldi quando sanno di non essere stati in grado di eseguire la prestazione richiesta. NON LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE.
BAD library, INCOMPETENT and RUDE staff. The lady at the house is more acidic than a spinster and treats customers as if they were the scum of humanity. Not only do they not know how to provide a service they say they have, but they also don't give you your money back when they know they have not been able to perform the requested service. I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Rude and unhelpful staff, bad experience with a good book a gesture that has distinguished them for their seriousness.
