Loro sono punto di raccolta per la rete Fermopoint ed in occasione di un acquisto in rete di quattro pneumatici hanno rifiutato al corriere il ritiro (già da me pagato) senza avvertire né il mittente né il sottoscritto destinatario. Questo mi ha comportato disservizi e costi.
Andato personalmente da loro, non ho trovato nessun interessamento in merito alle conseguenze della loro azione. Servizio INAFFIDABILE
I only awarded two stars because their behavior put me in trouble. They are the collection point for the Fermopoint network and on the occasion of a purchase of four tires on the network, they refused the courier to collect (already paid by me) without informing the sender or the undersigned recipient. This resulted in disservices and costs.
I personally went to them and found no interest in the consequences of their action. RELIABLE service
