★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In assoluto il personale più incompetente in tutta Catania e provincia: dopo esserci andato per stamparmi tre file, arrivando a casa mi sono accorto che per errore uno l'hanno stampato due volte. Li ho contattati per dirgli dell'errore e che mi mancava a questo punto un file.Gli ho chiesto dato che non potevo più muovermi da casa se il file mancante mi venisse consegnato con il servizio a domicilio che loro fanno e mi hanno risposto che al massimo mi avrebbero stampato il file mancante Ma non avrebbero fatto il servizio a domicilio e dato che l'errore è loro mi sembra una cosa assurda... non mi vedranno mai più e il file me lo faccio stampare altrove. Io posso aver rovinato €2 ma loro hanno perso un cliente
Absolutely the most incompetent staff in all of Catania and its province: after going there to print three files, arriving home I realized that by mistake they printed one of them twice. I contacted them to tell them about the error and that I was missing a file at this point. I asked them since I could no longer move from home if the missing file was delivered to me with the home service they make and they replied that at maximum they would have printed me the missing file But they would not have done the home service and since the error is theirs it seems absurd to me ... they will never see me again and I have the file printed elsewhere. I may have ruined € 2 but they lost a customer

Trovo sempre tutto: dallo zainetto di Frozen per la mia bimba ad articoli da regalo per ogni occasione! Tra l'altro sono anche disponibili telefonicamente ed online!
