Not at all professional, I know they get paid the full amount for a new book booked in September of last year and this book never arrived, (according to what they say).

“ Sapete quante persone chiamano” non è una buona scusa per l’incompetenza.
Rude and very. I called to inquire about the availability of a collector. After their confirmation I went to the store and they told me they don't have that kind of binder thinking I didn't know what I was asking on the phone.
"You know how many people they call" is not a good excuse for incompetence.
