Mi auguro che le ragazze che lavorano lì ( soprattutto quella riccia) siano figlie o parenti della proprietaria... almeno si spiegherebbe perché vengano pagati stipendi a persone incompetenti che, dopo aver causato disagi al cliente, invece di chiedere scusa, si dimostrano anche molto maleducate Staff rude, not simply rude. I hope that the girls who work there (especially the curly one) are daughters or relatives of the owner ... at least it would explain why salaries are paid to incompetent people who, after causing inconvenience to the client, instead of apologizing, also prove themselves very much rude

Meglio comprare on line Very well stocked shop but with really high prices and rude staff. Not inclined to exchange rates which are still a customer right. Better to buy online

In un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, cordialità e affabilità nei confronti del cliente sono al primo posto e qui sono completamente inesistente. Palloncino strappatosi nel trasporto in macchina (500 m) senza alcun buco. Nonostante si vedesse chiaramente che si trattava di uno strappo al lato del palloncino (un difetto di fabbrica può succedere tranquillamente), la titolare non mi è in alcun modo venuta incontro (riparazione o rimborso) senza guardare né il palloncino strappato né me in faccia. Non entrerò mai più in questo negozio. Rude and arrogant owner, plus above average prices! Mi aggiungerò alla lunga lista di quelle persone che non ci entrano più nemmeno per sbaglio. È ironico che gente così arrabbiata con la vita lavori in un negozio dedicato quasi unicamente ai bambini. Sarebbe stata più adatta allo stoccaggio di rifiuti tossici. If you are looking discourtesy and rudeness are in the right place! The owner and it is a champion.
