Non fanno la scansione del pacco in accettazione, non segnano il numero di telefono del mittente, faranno la scansione solo la sera in un momento ben lontano dall'accettazione vera e propria. I do not recommend them to entrust returns as Punto Poste. They do not scan the package being accepted, they do not mark the sender's phone number, they will only scan in the evening at a time far removed from the actual acceptance.

Mi sono trovata davanti al gestore che mi ha detto che il pacco non me l'avrebbe dato finché non gli davo il codice richiesto che ancora non avevo ricevuto, alla mia proposta di mandarglielo via WhatsApp per non dover tornare, mi ha detto di no se no finiva come la storia di altri prima di me che non l' hanno mandato..... In tutto questo avevo la batteria scarica del telefono, poca voglia di discutere e non esiste un numero a portata di mano per chiamate amazon. Grazie comunque alla signora che con modi sempre cordiali ha gestito la pratica. C'è modo e modo.
