Carina ed entusiasta nel propormi la linea che poco conoscevo. La cartolibreria la conoscevo già ma sono rimasto stupito dell'assortimento del prodotto che cercavo. Complimenti. Consigliatissimo.
I was to get a gift for my granddaughter from the Gorjuss line. They have an exceptional assortment, low prices and the lady is of infinite kindness. Cute and enthusiastic in offering me the line I didn't know much about. I already knew the stationery store but I was amazed at the assortment of the product I was looking for. Compliments. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e pochissima professionalità ...... dopo un minuto che sono entrata e ho guardato dei giornali per scegliere è entrata un altra cliente che conoscevano e praticamente sono dovuta andare via perché l'altra cliente...impaziente....non poteva guardare bene!!!!! Chi lavora con professionalità tratta tutti i clienti in ugual modo!!! Una stella già è troppo....la mia versione è più che corretta...e io sono solare anche quando c'è la pioggia!!...non posso dire la stessa cosa di lei.
Unfriendliness and very little professionalism ...... after a minute that I entered and looked at the newspapers to choose another customer they knew came in and practically had to leave because the other customer ... impatient .... not could look good !!!!! Who works with professionalism treats all customers equally !!! A star is already too much .... my version is more than correct ... and I am sunny even when there is rain !! ... Sono stata con i miei figli (piccoli) per acquistare un regalo e mentre sceglievo cosa prendere loro con curiosità guardavano e sceglievano un piccolo regalo anche per loro, mia figlia accidentalmente ha staccato la linguetta dove e’ ripotato il prezzo di una pallina che per altro stavamo appoggiando alla cassa per acquistare e in modo poco garbato mi fa: eh signora però questo così no.! Punto primo lo avevamo scelto, punto secondo bastava anche fosse stato staccato un piccolo pezzetto di scotch.! Ad ogni modo mi sono scusata subito come giusto che fosse ma non mi vedranno mai più.! Molto sgarbata.! E per altro non ha neppure risposto al mio arrivederci che è chiaramente un non arrivederci a mai più
Stationery stocked with everything but the lady's courtesy leaves a lot to be desired while the boys are on the cool side.! I went with my (small) children to buy a gift and while I was choosing what to take they looked at and chose a small gift for them with curiosity, my daughter accidentally pulled off the tab where the price of a ball is reported. we were leaning on the cashier to buy and in a not very polite way he says to me: eh madam but this is not so.! First point we had chosen, second point it was enough even if a small piece of scotch had been removed.! Anyway I apologized right away as fair as it was but they will never see me again.! Very rude.! And on the other hand, he didn't even reply to my goodbye which is clearly a goodbye never again
