Una signora chiama al telefono e la proprietaria risponde (senza provare ad essere garbata) che il negozio era pieno di clienti (4 persone) e che non aveva tempo di stare a parlare. Dovevo fare una (1) fotocopia e lei ha fatto passare bolognesi borghesi scusandosi con "ah pensavo fosse la figlia di lei". Sua figlia più confusa di lei, un cliente si era portato un acquisto di un'altro oltre al suo allora pensa bene di cercare la ricevuta e di chiamarlo mentre io la chiamavo e le porgevo i soldi per poter pagare ed andarmene. L'ha capito solo a fine chiamata, durata un quarto d'ora. Inutile dire che i prezzi sono spropositati, siamo in via murri. Absolutely terrible. A lady calls the phone and the owner replies (without trying to be polite) that the shop was full of customers (4 people) and that she didn't have time to talk. I had to make one (1) photocopy and she let bourgeois Bolognese pass by apologizing with "ah I thought it was her daughter". Her daughter more confused than her, a customer had brought a purchase of another in addition to hers so she thinks well to look for the receipt and call him while I called her and handed her the money to be able to pay and leave. He only understood it at the end of the call, which lasted a quarter of an hour. Needless to say, the prices are disproportionate, we are in via murri.

Purtroppo sulla via Murri è molto difficile parcheggiare. Shop located near the house, well stocked and very welcoming. Friendly staff. Medium-high prices but there are many quality items. Unfortunately it is very difficult to park on Via Murri.

Ho aspettato altri due mesi prima di andare a ritirare i soldi perché il prodotto non ancora disponibile. Nessuna collaborazione da parte loro per la oa richiesta. Un polite and unavailable staff. I ordered labels from them which, after two months, arrived incorrect. I waited another two months before I went to collect the money because the product was not yet available. No collaboration on their part for or on request.

Per me un po’ fuori mano ma col lavoro ci passo spesso davanti, e quando avrò bisogno tornerò sicuramente! Really TOP stationery. Purchased some gifts, honest prices and super helpfulness from the staff. For me a bit out of the way but with work I often pass by, and when I need to I will definitely come back!
