Given the bad experience I had at another store last year, this year I decided to order school books here. Nothing to complain about; I even arrived before opening hours and they still welcomed me and registered my order. After a few days I was contacted to collect the books, which they had covered (I had ordered them like this): everything was fine. Thanks
