Sempre ben fornita e anche se è quasi sempre super affollata il personale è veloce e disponibile. Unico neo della sede del Vomero è il locale angusto che non permette una buona esposizione di tutta l'ampia gamma di prodotti. Undoubtedly one of the most well-stocked stationers in the city. It is also one of the most historic. Always well stocked and even though it is almost always super busy the staff are quick and helpful. The only drawback of the Vomero headquarters is the narrow place that does not allow a good display of the whole wide range of products.

Ancora grazie mille ed al prossimo acquisto! I bought some Kurt Adler Christmas tree decorations online a few days ago. This is my testimony: the items were shipped immediately and arrived at their destination in 1 day; the packaging was very accurate, a fundamental aspect to prevent damage during shipping; since an article was unavailable in the form I had chosen, Mr. Luca immediately contacted me with extreme courtesy, proposing another article (which, among other things, I had anyway spotted, therefore perfect for my purposes). Finally, the prices are extremely competitive and the shipping costs almost ridiculous when compared to the speed of delivery. My experience, therefore, is absolutely satisfactory and I can only warmly recommend the purchase of any item from this stationery which is managed in an excellent, professional, cordial and friendly manner by Mr. Luca and Armando. Thanks again very much and to the next purchase!

Il box prometteva bene ed ho trovato grande cortesia e disponibilità in fase di preparazione, ma alla fine hanno dimenticato la scritta all'esterno ed una cosa richiesta all'interno. Inoltre hanno questa smania di pubblicare foto, stati, etc.... con il rischio di far scoprire ai destinatari la sorpresa. Per questo avvisateli in anticipo. Unfortunately I was unlucky with them. The box was promising and I found great courtesy and helpfulness in the preparation phase, but in the end they forgot the writing on the outside and one thing required inside. They also have this urge to publish photos, states, etc .... with the risk of making the recipients discover the surprise. So let them know in advance.

I have bought some stuffs couple of weeks ago,and was treated friendly by the staff. But this second time has been a very unpleasant experience, one of the staff,probably the owner a very impolite person, said he would not sell anything to me because he didn't want to with a very arrogant attitude and asked me to leave . (To the shop owner if you are reading)If you're that racist, check all over your shop first and face the fact.
