Sono andato a comprare un quadernone ad anelli, e ho chiesto gentilmente se potessero farmi i buchi per le fotocopie che avevo già stampato da inserire nel quaderno.
Un uomo (probabilmente il proprietario), mi ha detto in maniera molto maleducata che se volevo che mi mettessero i fogli nel quaderno, avrei dovuto comprare il perforatore fogli a 5 euro, e che loro non potevano farlo, utilizzando scuse improbabili come quelli della sanificazione. Mi è stato anche detto che era impossibile usarlo in prestito per qualche minuto o attendere che lo facessero loro perché c’era “tanta gente in coda” (una persona di numero)
Mi è stato maleducatamente detto che se volevo i buchi, dovevo fare da loro le fotocopie o acquistare il perforatore. Alla fine me ne sono andato e gli ho detto che il quaderno potevamo tenerselo.
Sconsigliatissimo.

I went to buy a notebook with rings, and asked politely if they could make holes for me for photocopies that I had already printed to insert in the notebook.
A man (probably the owner), told me in a very rude way that if I wanted them to put the sheets in my notebook, I would have to buy the sheet punch for 5 euros, and that they could not do it, using unlikely excuses such as those of sanitation . I was also told that it was impossible to use it on loan for a few minutes or wait for them to do it because there were "so many people in line" (one person in number)
I was rudely told that if I wanted the holes, I had to make photocopies from them or buy the punch. Eventually I left and told him we could keep the notebook.
Not recommended.

Personale molto cordiale e sempre disponibile, anche per una sola fotocopia. Vasto assortimento di prodotti e, soprattutto in questo periodo, ottime misure anti-covid.
L'intero staff presta elevata attenzione ad ogni dettaglio, al fine di garantire la sicurezza di ogni cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un villaggio natalizio per fare un regalo. Al momento dell'acquisto il personale è stato molto gentile, mi hanno installato le batterie e fatto un pacchetto regalo. Dopo meno di un mese dall'acquisto, le batterie installate hanno perso acido, mi sono recato in negozio evidenziando un malfunzionamento dell'oggetto e lo stato delle batterie ma sono stato trattato, in maniera poco gentile ed educata, al pari di un truffatore in cerca di chissà cosa. Io ho semplicemente esposto, educatamente la situazione, senza nulla pretendere, non ho chiesto ne rimborso ne sostituzione dell'oggetto. Il negoziante ha negato categoricamente di aver installato le batterie di scarsa qualità che gli ho mostrato, accusandomi a tutti gli effetti di essere in malafede.
Come ho letto anche in altre recensioni, in questo negozio va tutto bene finchè si acquista e non ci sono altri problemi, ma quando si chiede assistenza o si evidenzia un problema si viene trattati in modo poco cortese... Non vi stupite se la gente poi preferisce comprare su Amazon, dove il servizio clienti è sempre preciso ed efficace.
I bought a Christmas village as a gift. At the time of purchase the staff were very nice, they installed the batteries and gave me a gift package. Less than a month after the purchase, the installed batteries lost acid, I went to the shop highlighting a malfunction of the object and the state of the batteries but I was treated, in an unkind and polite way, like a scammer in looking for who knows what. I simply explained the situation politely, without expecting anything, I did not ask for a refund or replacement of the object. The shopkeeper categorically denied installing the poor quality batteries I showed him, accusing me in all respects of being in bad faith.
As I have read in other reviews, in this shop everything is fine as long as you buy and there are no other problems, but when you ask for assistance or point out a problem you are treated in a very courteous way ... Don't be surprised if people then he prefers to buy on Amazon, where customer service is always precise and effective.
