M	Michele Barp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio negativo : Ho richiesto di stampare dei fogli tramite invio mail, successivamente, utilizzandoli per un reso postale ho riscontrato che non erano leggibili in quanto tagliati e non riquadrati in un foglio A4. Torno per lamentarmi e mi viene detto che la colpa è mia in quanto non ho inviato un pdf, ma un link da cui stampare. Personalmente se una delle mansioni del mio negozio fosse stampare documenti ( 50 cent a foglio e 1 EURO per ricevere una mail...), conoscerei i vari formati e controllorei che il lavoro una volta compiuto rispettasse il file sorgente. E soprattutto non darei mai la colpa al cliente. Ovviamente non ci torneró mai più. Negative judgment: I requested to print some sheets by sending an e-mail, subsequently, using them for a postal return I found that they were not legible as they were cut and not framed in an A4 sheet. I come back to complain and I am told that it is my fault as I have not sent a pdf, but a link to print from. Personally, if one of the tasks of my shop was to print documents (50 cents per sheet and 1 EURO to receive an email ...), I would know the various formats and check that the work, once completed, respected the source file. And above all I would never blame the customer. Obviously I will never go back there.
