La proprietaria ha aperto il negozio con 15 minuti di ritardo (fuori c'erano 2 gradi): una sua cliente storica l'ha vista incamminarsi da lontano verso il negozio con grande calma. Una volta arrivata non si è scusata con le 4 persone in sua attesa ma, anzi, ha chiesto altri minuti prima di farci entrare. Come dicevano altre recensioni, non risponde al telefono (anche perché è un numero fisso e ho provato mentre lei non era ancora arrivata: ha risposto un fax). Mi ha comunque consegnato la raccomandata, un po' bruscamente (ma almeno velocemente). For some reason the postman, not finding me at home, returned a registered letter to this stationery. The owner opened the shop 15 minutes late (it was 2 degrees outside): one of her long-standing customers saw her walking from a distance towards the shop with great calm. Once she arrived she did not apologize to the 4 people waiting for her but, on the contrary, she asked for more minutes before letting us in. As other reviews said, she does not answer the phone (also because it is a landline number and I tried while she had not yet arrived: she answered a fax). He still gave me the registered letter, a little abruptly (but at least quickly).

La disponibilità, cortesia e gentilezza della titolare rendono questo posto un luogo da cui non si esce mai a mani vuote. Fanno anche il servizio libri ( con copertine o senza )per le scuole con consegna in classe. Impagabile! A small stationery but full of surprises. The availability, courtesy and kindness of the owner make this place a place from which you never leave empty-handed. They also do the book service (with or without covers) for schools with delivery to the classroom. Priceless!

Nonostante sin dall’inizio io specifichi chiaramente ciò alla titolare, quest’ultima mi fornisce un servizio non in linea con le mie richieste, stampando il materiale in maniera del tutto diversa rispetto a ciò che le avevo chiesto. La titolare si giustifica dicendo che la stampa era partita in automatico senza che lei potesse farci niente. Le dico che non avrei pagato le copie sbagliate, perché non è il servizio che le avevo domandato, ma la titolare non ne vuole sapere. Al tempo stesso, si rende conto dell’errore che ha commesso perché decide di farmi un sconto sul totale (€10 invece di €13.80), ma decide che il suo errore lo farà pagare a me, il cliente, prendendomi letteralmente per i fondelli.
