★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora che gestisce la cartilibreria molto ignorante aggressiva nn sa fare il proprio lavoro prende in giro le sue clienti io quest'anno ho dimenticato a giugno di ordinare i libri sono andata da lei a ordinari e mi ha detto che ero in ritardo e se volevo i libri dovevo pagare (premetto che sono libri di 4elementare)sono andata in un'altra libreria dopo 15 giorni avevo tutti i libri senza pagare nulla mentre la classe di mia figli le mamme da giugno che li avevano ordinati nn sono ancora oggi arrivati tutti volevo dire alla signora di cambiare lavoro o ancora meglio se ne stia a casa verrò anche di persona a dirle tutto ciò

I went to her to ordinary and she told me I was late and if I wanted the books I had to pay (I state that they are 4elementare books) I went to another bookstore after 15 days I had all the books without paying anything while the class of my children the mothers from June who had ordered them nn still arrived today all I wanted telling the lady to change jobs or even better stay at home I will also come in person to tell her all this
