G	Giuseppe Terrusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato 3 anni fa per caso in questa cartoleria in zona Viale Papiniano per prendere al volo un biglietto di auguri, ma tra quelli esposti c'era qualcosa che non mi quadrava. In effetti mi sono accorto che erano costruiti a mano, con una dovizia di dettagli a dir poco fantastica. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e il titolare mi ha informato che li confezionava lui supportato dalla sua fantasia e tanta passione. Da allora per ogni anniversario o celebrazione me li faccio confezionare da lui, con un tema ogni volta diverso e veramente personalizzato. Grazie Maurizio. I entered 3 years ago by chance in this stationery in the Viale Papiniano area to get a greeting card, but among those on display there was something that didn't fit me. In fact I realized that they were built by hand, with a wealth of details to say the least fantastic. I asked for explanations and the owner informed me that he packaged them supported by his imagination and so much passion. Since then for every anniversary or celebration I have them made by him, with a theme that is different every time and truly personalized. Thanks Maurizio.

Forse il proprietario crede di gestire una gioielleria, invece che propormi soluzioni, sembrava voler custodire gelosamente i propri prodotti per sé, ben nascosti dentro cassetti in cui è impossibile vedere e valutare. E così è finita, perché me ne sono andato senza prendere niente, ringraziando e dicendo che non credo si trattino così i clienti, con sufficienza, toni quasi offensivi e inspiegabile astio. Suggerisco al proprietario di farsi un giro alla cartoleria Ranzini in San Gottardo, per capire come fare bene il mestiere e come accogliere i clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente qualunque acquisto da questo negozio invece. Merita di chiudere Pure rudeness and inability to do one's job. Toni annoyed, as if he were there to do me a favor (these days then ..). Perhaps the owner thinks he is running a jewelry store, instead of offering me solutions, he seemed to want to jealously guard his products for himself, well hidden in drawers where it is impossible to see and evaluate. And so it ended, because I left without taking anything, thanking them and saying that I don't think they treat customers like this, with disdain, almost offensive tones and inexplicable hatred. I suggest that the owner take a tour of the Ranzini stationery in San Gottardo, to understand how to do the job well and how to welcome customers. I strongly advise against any purchase from this shop instead. It deserves to close

Mi serviva un biglietto di auguri a tema per un compleanno importante, Maurizio ha compreso al volo le mie esigenze e in poche ore mi ha presentato un lavoro magnifico. Consigliatissimo, io credo vi ricorrerò ancora Who manages this shop is a person of great creative ability who with great passion can satisfy any request. I needed a themed greeting card for an important birthday, Maurizio understood my needs on the fly and in a few hours he presented me with a magnificent job. Ho pagato 2€ per due fotocopie perché porto una chiavetta con 2 file protetti da password da stampare mi viene detto che non si aprono. Invio email con il risultato che stampa 3 pagine in più senza controllare che non siano le stesse e senza ascoltare le istruzioni che stavo dando e me le fa pagare. Sono solo 2€, ma la gente non si prende in giro. Né se sono clienti abituali né se sono nuovi. Sarà mia cura raccomandare a chi mi chiede di non frequentare la tua cartoleria.
