Sono passato per stampare un file di 13 pagine fronte e retro (7 fogli), e dopo aver apposto la firma, scansionato ed inviato via mail al mio indirizzo, costo 6€. Sono ritornato per una nuova scannerizzazione degli stessi fogli, senza ristampa, dopo essermi accorto di un errore, ho pagato 4€. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al titolare che ha giustificato il costo non per la scansione ma per l'invio mail, tra l'altro gratuita libero.it. Si sarebbe meritato una denuncia!!
The owner charges € 4 for the sending of a file resulting from the scanning of a few sheets by e-mail.
I went to print a file of 13 front and back pages (7 sheets), and after having signed, scanned and emailed to my address, cost 6 €. I returned for a new scan of the same sheets, without reprinting, after noticing an error, I paid € 4. I asked the owner for explanations, who justified the cost not for scanning but for sending emails, among other things free libero.it. He deserved a complaint !!
