L	Laura c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta insoddisfatta da un ordine online fatto presso questa cartoleria, in quanto a mio parere poco trasparente: ho ordinato dei fogli per sbalzo; nell'immagine del prodotto c'era una confezione di 12 fogli, perciò quando ho ordinato 2 pezzi davo per scontato che il pezzo si riferisse alla confezione , dato che questo era il prodotto mostrato (un po' come se uno ordina dei Fabriano, non si immagina certo recapitare il singolo foglio!), invece mi sono arrivati i singoli fogli, tra l'altro mezzo stropicciati e perciò inutilizzabili. Penso sia necessaria maggiore trasparenze se si vuole vendere anche online. I was dissatisfied with an online order placed at this stationery, as in my opinion it is not very transparent: I ordered some sheets by embossing; in the product image there was a pack of 12 sheets, so when I ordered 2 pieces I assumed that the piece was referring to the pack, as this was the product shown (a bit like if one orders Fabriano, not you can certainly imagine delivering the single sheet!), but the single sheets arrived, among other things half wrinkled and therefore unusable. I think more transparency is needed if you want to sell online as well.
