Con grande professionalità, prima al telefono e poi in officina, ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie all'intervento e poi -il giorno dell'intervento- anche una comoda auto sostitutiva con cui ho potuto tornare in albergo e sbrigare le mie faccende. A sostituzione completata (poche ore dopo), sono stato contattato per andare a ritirare l'auto ed ho così potuto affrontare il viaggio di ritorno in piena sicurezza. Il personale della CarSystem, cordiale e professionale, mi ha supportato a 360° provvedendo a gestire per mio conto anche la pratica di rimborso con la mia compagnia assicurativa (visto che fortunatamente disponevo di una polizza cristalli).
