Il 18 settembre 2020 a 47.000 km per cause inspiegabili si rompe la turbina e di conseguenza il motore. Cordiali e disponibili, mi offrono € 6.000 al rientro per l'acquisto di una nuova vettura, mentre mi offrono € 11.500 con riparazione effettuata e book fotografico certificante. Considerato che hanno un'officina, considerato che con una somma inferiore ai € 3.000 ho fatto sostituire il motore con uno di 15.000 km proveniente da una macchina incidentata, pagando sia motore che officina e rigenerazione turbina, sconsiglio a chiunque l'acquisto di una macchina presso questa concessionaria, tanto meno un'autovettura a km 0 dove a favore del prezzo conveniente esiste una vera e propria limitazione di garanzia. Cercavo un modello preciso di un colore particolare e tramite internet ho visto che era disponibile solo in questa concessionaria. Risiedendo in Piemonte, ho dovuto organizzarmi per poter andare a vedere il veicolo e per le varie pratiche per l' acquisto, successive. Sono stati tutti davvero gentili. Non potendo recarmi in concessionaria in settimana, mi hanno tenuto da parte il veicolo fino a sabato; l'auto era in condizioni ottimali pulita e ben tenuta, come nuova (un km 0 con un anno di vita); la trattativa è stata semplice, chiara e veloce; il giorno del ritiro dell'auto si sono resi disponibili a venirmi a prendere in stazione, siccome arrivavo in treno e la stazione non è molto vicina alla loro concessionaria. Sono rimasto sorpreso da tanta disponibilità e ovviamente soddisfatto dall'acquisto. Ringrazio tutti. Concessionaria consigliatissima. Professional, efficient, helpful and very kind. Residing in Piedmont, I had to organize myself to be able to go and see the vehicle and for the various subsequent purchase procedures. Everyone was really nice. Not being able to go to the dealership during the week, they kept my vehicle aside until Saturday; the car was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained, like new (0 km with one year of life); the negotiation was simple, clear and fast; the day I picked up the car they made themselves available to pick me up at the station, as I was arriving by train and the station is not very close to their dealership. I was surprised by so much availability and obviously satisfied with the purchase. I thank you all. Highly recommended dealership.

Francesco è stato competente e professionale nel farci vedere e provare la vettura,nonché trasparente al massimo nel mostrarci la documentazione sui tagliandi effettuati che ci aveva già inviato tramite email.Ci ha seguito nella compravendita con disponibilità ed è venuto sempre incontro ai nostri bisogni. Celerissimi nel rispondere alle email ed alle telefonate. Dopo che abbiamo fatto il primo bonifico come caparra, ci hanno preparato subito i documenti per fare l assicurazione. Altro elemento di eccellenza sono state le condizioni messe nel contratto di vendita in cui hanno inserito:tagliando, revisione, lucidatura, igienizzazione e assicurazione Fidelity car estendibile fino a 24 mesi.
