★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto verniciare la macchina e non mi ero accorto che non era perfetta se non il giorno dopo. Ho avuto gravi problemi famigliari e la cosa lho messa in secondo piano. Giorni fa glie l'ho fatto presente e notare e con molta sgarbatezza mi ha accusato che il difetto l'avevo fatto io coprendola con qualcosa.......
Mi chiedo.... se porto fuori da una carrozzeria una macchina.. questa dovrebbe essere perfetta e non rovinarsi perché viene coperta da un telo.... ( cosa che io non ho fatto). Non c'è stato verso nemmeno di parlare. Per me questo comportamento denota scarsa professionalità.
I had the car painted and I hadn't noticed that it wasn't perfect until the next day. I had serious family problems and I put it in the background. Days ago I pointed it out to him and noticed and very rudely accused me that I had made the defect by covering it with something .......
I wonder .... if I take a car out of a body shop .. this should be perfect and not to be ruined because it is covered by a cloth .... (which I did not do). There was no way to even speak. For me this behavior denotes poor professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un pezzo da loro per farlo cubicare. Avrebbe dovuto esser pronto in una o due settimane. Dopo 3 mesi sono andato a riprendermelo, stanco di sentire, a ogni telefonata, una scusa diversa.
I brought a piece from them to make it cubic. It should have been ready in a week or two. After 3 months I went to get it back, tired of hearing a different excuse with every phone call.
