★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carrozzeria Marraffa , convenzionata con le assicurazioni , ha riparato splendidamente la mia vettura che è tornata nuova come prima .
Hanno usato pezzi di ricambio originali e la verniciatura è sopraffina .
Inoltre il personale è squisitamente cortese , cordiale e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste dei clienti . Sono onesti , precisi e molto bravi nel loro mestiere.
Da non trascurare la disponibilità di vetture sostitutive per il tempo necessario alla riparazione. Sono stato contattato fase per fase nel corso della gestione delle pratiche con la mia assicurazione , all'inizio della riparazione , a lavoro quasi ultimato e a vettura finita.
Sono molto soddisfatto e consiglierei ad altri clienti di rivolgersi alla Carrozzeria Marraffa !
The Marraffa body shop, affiliated with insurance companies, has beautifully repaired my car, which has returned as new as before.
They used original spare parts and the paintwork is excellent.
In addition, the staff is exquisitely courteous, friendly and willing to satisfy customer requests. They are honest, precise and very good at their job.
Do not neglect the availability of replacement cars for the time necessary for repair. I was contacted step by step during the management of the files with my insurance, at the beginning of the repair, when work was almost completed and the car was finished.
I am very satisfied and would recommend to other customers to contact the Marraffa body shop!
