Serrature che non chiudevano la porta posteriore e i vetri che non si potevano far scendere o far salire , guasto alla centralina elettrica. Adesso tutto funziona magnificamente. Ringrazio il sig. F	Federico the Rem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ li ho conosciuti tramite la mia assicurazione, ed offrono il servizio di auto di cortesia , aventi il mandato di molte assicurazioni, io personalmente non ho avuto esperienze di riparazione perché sono fuggito prima....?, forse lavoreranno anche bene ,ma vista la mole di lavoro sembra una catena di montaggio .. tipo fabbrica industriale, io personalmente ho preferito rivolgermi al mio vecchio carrozziere ,ancora alla vecchia maniera con officina di artigiano..?? Ho scelto la carrozzeria Veloccia immediatamente alla denuncia del sinistro per non avere nessuna seccatura in merito al disbrigo delle pratiche con l'assicurazione. Dopo sei giorni non ero ancora stata contattata e allora ho deciso di contattare io la carrozzeria anche se avrebbero dovuto farlo loro. In effetti hanno preso in carico il sinistro dopo soli 4 giorni lavorativi la macchina era pronta. Devo dire che la riparazione è stata fatta benissimo e in tempi rapidi. Non ha prezzo inoltre il fatto che si siano occupati loro delle pratiche con l'assicurazione, tuttavia avevo scelto questa carrozzeria perché assicurava l'auto sostitutiva e in effetti la pubblicità della Carrozzeria Veloccia Srl parla di un parco auto con 30 macchine proprie. La mia assicurazione prevedeva l'auto sostitutiva ma al momento della richiesta dell'auto mi è stato detto che dovevo chiedere alla mia assicurazione di affittare la macchina sostitutiva presso la Hertz e avrei dovuto lasciare una caparra di 250 euro che era la franchigia che l'assicurazione delle macchine a noleggio non copriva, poiché la carrozzeria non disponeva di auto proprie. Bugia????. In poche parole non mi sono fatta dare l'auto sostitutiva perché in caso di furto o rigatura o comunque danni non dipendenti da me ci avrei rimesso 250 euro. Naturalmente non rinnoverò con l'assicurazione l'opzione di auto sostitutiva poiché non ha senso. My insurance provided for the replacement car but at the time of requesting the car I was told that I had to ask my insurance to rent the replacement car from Hertz and I would have to leave a deposit of 250 euros which was the deductible that the Rental car insurance did not cover, as the body shop did not have its own cars. Lie????. In a nutshell, I did not get a replacement car because in case of theft or scoring or in any case damage not dependent on me I would have lost 250 euros. Of course I will not renew the replacement car option with insurance as it makes no sense.

Il giorno dopo il titolare, il sig. Fabio, ha riconosciuto l errore procurato dagli stagisti e a proprie spese ha provveduto a riordinare la parte danneggiata e a sostituirla. Non do’ la quinta stella perchè ho dovuto chiedere io info sulla riconsegna dell’auto verso le 17, invece che esser ricontattato dal front-office. Brought my new car to repair a vandal.
