Il personale di segreteria molto cortese. Bad organization, at least by the time we were called, postponed repairs and delivery several times. The secretarial staff very courteous.

Servizio buono, prezzi leggermente alti ma compensati dalla velocità e competenza del personale. Peccato per la poca chiarezza nei preventivi (mi presento come privato e mi fanno il preventivo... iva esclusa?!?!) I went there for a small car intervention. The bodywork looks very good, the staff is very nice and affable. Good service, slightly high prices but compensated by the speed and competence of the staff. Too bad for the lack of clarity in the estimates (I present myself as a private person and they make me the estimate ... VAT excluded?!?!)

Incapaci di ammettere loro errori nel preventivo e nella diagnosi di un problema meccanico. intervento effettuato , pagato ma dopo 2 km. tutto come prima. poi successivamente per tamponare il problema viene effettuato un secondo intervento di sost candele 60 euro. per pagamento non hanno il bancomat che funziona, anche in questo caso non e' il bancomat che non funziona , ma la carta di credito, quindi dopo vari tentativi "illuminazione" ti dicono che li vicino 4 km vi e' uno sportello bancomat. Dopo oltre 10 anni non mi vedranno piu' Customer for over 10 years. once they were ok, today forget it. After more than 10 years they won't see me again
A	Adri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno risolto un problema è me ne sono ritrovati 2 nuovi dei quali se ne sono lavati le mani completamente una volta pagata la fattura. Ho reclamato e dopo 2 mail nn si sono fatti più sentire. Mi sono anche spariti dalla macchina un paio di oggetti personali. Spero sinceramente che la riparazione sia stata fatta bene perché ancora nn ho avuto i chilometri per provarla. Totale prezzo 2150 euro. Non parliamo di bazzecole. They solved a problem for me and I found 2 new ones of which they washed their hands completely once the bill was paid. I complained and after 2 e-mails they were no longer heard. A couple of personal items also disappeared from my car. I sincerely hope that the repair has been done well because I still haven't had the kilometers to try it. Total price 2150 euros. Let's not talk about trifles.
