C	Caterina Munaretto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una giornata "nera" non solo dalla ⛈ quando immagini che il soccorso arriverà dopo un tempo "infinito" ...giungono inaspettatamente loro che con gentilezza , padronanza, determinazione e fare rassicurante ripristinano la situazione ..in modo per loro "semplice" quasi come "giocare a tetris" con maestria ....grazie perché quando la giornata finalmente giunge al termine il ricordo di così tanta professionalità e gentilezza rasserena l'animo di ogni peso del giorno On a "black" day not only from the ⛈ when you imagine that help will come after an "infinite" time ... they unexpectedly arrive and with kindness, mastery, determination and reassuring action they restore the situation .. in a "simple" way for them almost like "playing tetris" with skill .... thank you because when the day finally comes to an end the memory of so much professionalism and kindness soothes the soul of every weight of the day

Il lavoro per quanto possa vedere e capire è ben fatto(di meccanica e carrozzeria ne capisco poco), purtroppo però ci sono state delle cose che non sono state deltutto chiare. Porto l'auto per fare un preventivo e mi fanno parlare con un signore, concordo una metodologia di interventi vale a dire recuperare il possibile e spendere il meno possibile, si parla anche di altri controlli da eseguire per sicurezza e ne evidenzio uno che mi viene detto sarà controllato. Poi vengo contattato da un altro signore(suppongo il socio) e mi viene detto il preventivo. Purtroppo non mi viene data possibilità se montare parti ufficiali o in vendita da ricambisti on-line, visto che anche internet offre garanzie non capisco pèrchè questa opzione non venga presa in considerazione. Di certo i professionisti sono loro ma la differenza di prezzo tra ufficiali e on-line è notevole e on-line non ci sono solo fregature. Ritiro l'auto tutto bene, lavoro ribadisco sembra ben fatto, nota poco bella la fattura elenca tre voci messe in croce. Non si ha una distinta di ciò che è stato cambiato prezzi relativi etc. In aggiunta il lavoro che mi era stato detto sarebbe stato fatto per sicurezza con il primo signore, non è stato più eseguito. Ovviamente in fattura non essendoci distinta vai a sapere se lo hanno messo e non lo hanno fatto o meno. Insomma se siete voi a pagare pensateci, se è la vostra assicurazione andate tranquilli. Successivamente portano l'auto alla loro autofficina e solo per chiedere un preventivo senza nemmeno essere avvisato sono stato costretto a pagare €70 dicendomi di aver fatto una diagnosi che poi si è dimostrata inesistente dal momento che alla fattura non la hanno potuta allegare, nonostante i vari solleciti. ho dovuto pagare subito l'importo in contanti( come se fosse un riscatto)altrimenti non avrei potuto riprendere l'auto.
