★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gg 08 marzo il signor Ponzini è arrivato con grande puntualità a recuperare la mia Opel Corsa accappotta, per evitare un capriolo. L'assicurazione ha risposto picche xchè voleva il Capriolo morto imbustato (incredibile). Poi c'è stata la quarantena e il sig Ponzini non ha avuto nessun problema a tenermela ferma. Lo ringrazio, persona gentile. Buongiorno
 On March 08, Mr. Ponzini arrived with great punctuality to recover my Opel Corsa bathrobe, to avoid a roe deer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia auto è stata trasportata qui mio malgrado dopo un incidente, dato che si occupano principalmente di soccorso stradale. Più che una carrozzeria la definirei un deposito di auto incidentate, e credo che proprio questo sia il loro business principale. Per il trasporto della mia auto (marciante) per un tragitto di appena 3 km e il deposito di 8 giorni allo scoperto ho DOVUTO pagare 238€, non in linea con il tariffario ANCSA e altri. In più sono scortesi, maleducati e poco trasparenti.
My car was transported here despite myself after an accident, since they mainly deal with roadside assistance. More than a body shop, I would call it a depot of crashed cars, and I think this is their main business. For the transport of my car (marching) for a journey of just 3 km and the 8-day deposit in the open I had to pay € 238, not in line with the ANCSA tariff and others. In addition, they are rude, rude and not very transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese maleducato e indisposto. Si son rifiutati di aiutarci e in più parlavano dialetto per non far capire ciò che dicevano. Neanche un sorriso, da evitare completamente!!!!!
Unfriendly rude and unwell staff. They refused to help us and in addition they spoke dialect so as not to understand what they were saying. Not even a smile, to be avoided completely !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soccorsi in autostrada, tramite nostra assicurazione , molto scortese, poco disponibile, abbiamo usufruito di un carroattrezzi privato per riportare auto a casa, in fine la riparazione dell’auto dal nostro meccanico è costata 1/10 del loro preventivo, sconsigliato .
Rescue on the highway, through our insurance, very rude, not very helpful, we used a private wrecker to bring the car back home. In the end, the repair of the car by our mechanic cost 1/10 of their estimate, which is not recommended.
