La cosa che mi ha sempre stupito e che quando vai per un problema alla tua tua auto ti spiegano nel dettaglio cosa andrebbe fatto , cercano sempre di consigliarti al meglio ,guardando l'aspetto economico ma sempre puntando su ricambi eccellenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciò che più mi ha impressionata è stato l'ordine e la pulizia. Dimenticate le officine sporche e disordinato, mi è parso di entrare in quasi in una sala operatoria. Ogni postazione ordinata è pulita,nonostante si trattasse si auto. E poi ho parlato col Sig. Roberto, mi ha spiegato cosa avrebbe fatto, cosa poteva essere e cosa si sarebbe o non si sarebbe potuto fare. E onestamente mi ha Consigliato, anche a suo svantaggio economico.

What impressed me most was the order and cleanliness. Forget the dirty and messy workshops, I felt like I was almost stepping into an operating room. Every tidy station is clean, even though it was a car. And then I spoke to Mr. Roberto, he explained to me what he would do, what could be and what he would or could not have done. And he honestly recommended me, even to his financial disadvantage.
