Ho lasciato la mia auto chiedendo di verificare un problema in corso per poi valutarne il costo dell eventuale riparazione. Oltre a non aver individuato il difetto, riferendo che probabilmente serviva la consulenza della casa madre dell auto, ha preteso 30 euro che assolutamente non aveva annunciato in fase di consegna dell auto. Vado in questa officina già da tempo per tagliandi riparazioni generiche e cambi gomme; sono anche degli ottimi carrozzieri, auto di cortesia o a noleggio e il personale è efficiente serio e sempre disponibile. I prezzi sono ragionevoli. Consigliato! Excellent mechanical workshop and family-run body shop. I have been going to this workshop for some time now for general repairs and tire changes; they are also excellent coachbuilders, courtesy or rental cars and the staff are efficient, serious and always available. The prices are reasonable. Recommended!
L	Lucia Ortolani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa notte, avendo forato un pneumatico in autostrada, abbiamo usufruito del soccorso stradale effettuato dalla carrozzeria il Quadrifoglio s.a.s. Arrivati in carrozzeria il figlio del proprietario ci ha proposto di sostituire i due pneumatici anteriori con due gomme che aveva in officina, con la forte raccomandazione di utilizzarli solo per il viaggio di rientro, in quanto in cattivo stato e destinati allo smaltimento (avevano addirittura le ragnatele!). Si precisa che il costo del servizio notturno di soccorso è interamente a carico della nostra assicurazione. Al momento del pagamento il titolare ci ha chiesto 200€ per le due gomme usurate e la lavorazione. Abbiamo fermamente contestato l'ammontare richiesto, ma ci trovavamo impossibilitati a fare altrimenti (era l'una di notte, a 200km da casa, in una zona priva di alberghi nelle vicinanze). Molto amareggiati abbiamo quindi estratto il bancomat, ma il titolare non sapeva come utilizzarlo. Quindi l'unico modo per pagare era in contanti, ma avevamo solo 150€. Alla richiesta di pagare tale cifra, che era comunque spropositata, il titolare ha minacciato di rimuovere i suoi pneumatici. A questo punto il figlio, visibilmente imbarazzato e da noi interpellato, ha convinto il padre ad accettare i 150€ e a lasciarci tornare a casa. Ce ne siamo andati molto arrabbiati, ribadendo che avevano evidentemente approfittato della posizione di debolezza in cui ci trovavamo. Asked to pay this amount, which was in any case disproportionate, the owner threatened to remove his tires. At this point the son, visibly embarrassed and questioned by us, convinced his father to accept the € 150 and let us go home. We left very angry, reiterating that they had evidently taken advantage of the position of weakness in which we found ourselves.
